Stopping Violence and Anger Management
This is a program designed to help men identify anger, violence and abuse, and to understand the difference between them.
The program is for men:
- Who find it hard to feel angry without becoming violent and abusive
- Who have trouble recognizing and expressing their anger
- Who want to establish healthy relationships with other men, women and children in their lives .
We start with several assessment sessions before selecting the right program for you. Programs may run between 8 to 16 weeks depending on a number of factors which are determined during the assessment sessions.

Non engagement may see you referred back to Court which is the process we are required to follow.
